NOTE: A Rebecca WATTERS (of Fotherby) married a Thomas WILSON (b ~1784 Fotherby) in Fotherby according to IGI records. These were then given as the parents of Sarah, Ann, Ann & John in IGI Christening records. The original records did not list maiden name of their mother and I believe the evidence suggests the wife and mother mentioned above is actually Rebecca DAY i.e.
1. 1851 Census - Rebecca WILSON's birthplace was Spalding, Lincs
2. Thomas WILSON's birthplace was actually East Bridgford, Notts, not Fotherby.
3. The full name of their eldest son was John DAY WILSON
4. The full name of their second son was George MARRIOTT WILSON. MARRIOTT was the maiden name of the mother of Thomas WILSON, born in East Bridgford, Notts.
